Meet The Founders
Caroline is Co-Founder and Recruiting Director of CK Pharma Solutions, where she partners with biotech and pharma companies on executive search and strategic hiring. With 13 years in recruitment, she has built her career around the belief that successful hiring is rooted in relationships, trust, and understanding what drives people and organizations.
Known for a highly cultivated network and a relationship-first approach, founding CK Pharma Solutions was a natural extension of how she had been working for years, as a trusted advisor, connector, and advocate within the life sciences community. The firm was built around specialization, trusted relationships, and a more hands-on partnership model.
What drew Caroline to recruiting, and what has kept her in it, is the opportunity to help companies build teams that move science forward while helping people make career decisions that can shape their lives.
Outside of work, Caroline has a love of travel and new experiences, often drawing inspiration from the same curiosity she brings to her work. She’s also usually accompanied by Lola her German Shepherd, who is a big part of life outside the office.
Kholoud Benali
Co-Founder
Kholoud began her career in life sciences recruitment over 10 years ago in London, working closely with the US market. After two years, she relocated to New York to help launch her company’s first office—an experience that shaped her approach to both hiring and building long-term relationships in the industry.
Since then, she has partnered with biotech, pharma, and CROs across North America, helping them build the teams behind their clinical programs. Her approach is straightforward: understand what’s truly needed and find the people who can deliver on it.
As a co-founder of CK Pharma Solutions, she takes a hands-on, transparent approach to recruitment, working closely with clients to ensure every search is aligned with their goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys fitness and travel, which keep her disciplined, focused, and always pushing for more.
