Meet The Founders
I started my career in finance at Gucci and Fox News, but it didn’t take long to realize my passion wasn’t in crunching numbers—it was in connecting with the people driving industries forward. That’s what led me to recruitment, where I’ve worked with top professionals across life sciences, architecture, and finance, helping them find the right opportunities to grow and thrive.
My expertise is in biometrics, with a focus on clinical data management, statistical programming, biostatistics, and clinical database programming. Clinical data management is where I’ve built my deepest expertise, and it’s where I’m most passionate about delivering value to my clients.
As I’ve continued to support my long-term clients, I saw an opportunity to expand into clinical development. I took the same approach I did with biometrics—immersing myself in the space, leveraging my network, and staying ahead of industry trends to become a stronger partner. This expansion has allowed me to bring even more value to the companies I work with.
Throughout my career, I’ve been a trusted partner and preferred vendor to my clients, launched new offices, and built high-performing teams. I thrive on creating something from nothing—whether it’s scaling a company or helping organizations find the talent they need to grow.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, exploring new cultures, skiing, hiking, and spending time with my German Shepherds. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection—both in life and in work.

I was born in Gibraltar—yes, if you don’t know where that is, you wouldn’t be the first (it’s just south of Spain!). Growing up, I was always competitive, whether in sports or any challenge that came my way. That drive has stuck with me, shaping both my personal and professional life.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked in biometrics recruitment across North America, building strong relationships with clients and candidates in biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data management. I love the fast-paced nature of recruitment, but what truly excites me is finding the perfect fit—matching the right people with the right opportunities where they can thrive and make an impact.
After years of building biometrics teams for other agencies, co-founding CK Pharma Solutions was a no-brainer. It gave me the opportunity to take everything I had learned and create something of my own—an agency built on genuine relationships, transparency, and deep industry expertise. What started with a focus on biometrics has now expanded into clinical development and clinical operations, allowing us to support companies across the full clinical trial process.
Outside of work, fitness and travel are my biggest passions. The discipline and resilience I’ve built through training translate directly into my approach to recruitment—I love a challenge, and I don’t stop until I get results.
